These terms apply to use of ryanwallstudio.com and purchases from Ryan Wall Studio, operated by Joseph Ryan LLC. Effective 11/06/2026. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Product information and room photography

Review the selected option, dimensions, material description, and included quantity before ordering. Room photographs illustrate possible arrangements. Furniture, plants, frames, and other props are included only when the product listing expressly says so. Screens and lighting can make colors appear different; natural textures and stated approximate measurements may vary slightly.

Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping and taxes, if any, appear in the order summary before an order is placed. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order, not a guarantee of acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for an address outside our delivery area, an unavailable item, suspected misuse, or a material listing error. We will notify you and refund amounts collected for any item we cannot supply.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy sets out the delivery area, charges, and estimated processing and transit windows. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 3–7 days in transit. Standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more, or $6.99 below $59. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 30-day return request window and how return costs and refunds are handled. These policies form part of these terms.

Installation and care

Choose hardware appropriate for the product’s weight and your wall construction. Included fittings, where listed, may not suit every wall. Follow the supplied instructions and seek qualified installation help when necessary. Keep decorative items away from young children and avoid unverified installation methods.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials private and supply accurate order information. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful content. Contact us if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

Website content and liability

Website design and original text may not be copied for commercial reuse without permission. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from website use or misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy, questions and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of customer information. These terms may be revised for future website use and purchases; the terms in place when you order apply to that order. Applicable U.S. and Alaska law governs these terms, subject to consumer protections that apply where you live.
