Your wall arrangement deserves a clear delivery plan. Here is how an order moves from checkout to your door.
Where we deliver
Delivery is available to street addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. Our Alaska business address is a contact and returns address; our delivery area remains the contiguous 48 states. Addresses outside that area, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military postal addresses, are outside our delivery service.
Two parts to the timeline
- Processing: 1–3 business days. This is the time used to prepare your order before dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Transit: 3–7 days. This begins after dispatch and is separate from processing.
These are estimated windows rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, or an address issue may extend delivery. If a delay prevents dispatch within the stated processing window, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and offer the option to cancel for a refund rather than require you to wait.

The checkout summary shows the charge that applies to your order. A mixed order may arrive in separate parcels; this does not add a second standard shipping charge.
Following your delivery
When tracking is available, dispatch details are sent to the email address used at checkout. Check the delivery address carefully before placing an order. For an address correction, contact us promptly; changes may no longer be possible once a parcel is dispatched.
A damaged or missing parcel
Keep the packaging and take photos of visible damage. Email the order number and photos to [email protected] so we can review the next steps. For a parcel marked delivered that you cannot locate, check the delivery area and ask other members of your household, then contact us for help.
